AM | PM FACE is a boutique skincare studio owned by Amber Manley, a licensed esthetician in the State of Texas. Services are cosmetic in nature and are performed within the scope of an esthetics license. Unless stated otherwise, they are not medical treatments.
Our website and online store are hosted on Shopify. Product orders and payments made on ampmface.com are processed securely through Shopify's checkout. AM | PM FACE does not store your full payment card details. Shopify's own terms and privacy practices also apply to purchases made through its platform.
Appointments are booked through Mangomint, our secure scheduling and client management platform. When you book, you agree to:
Your card is stored securely by Mangomint. It is not charged when you book, and it's used only as described in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Before your first appointment, and before certain treatments, you'll be asked to fill out digital intake and consent forms through Mangomint. You agree to:
Treatment decisions are based on the information you give us. AM | PM FACE is not responsible for reactions or results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information. Your electronic signature on Mangomint forms is as binding as a handwritten signature.
For your safety, we may decline, change, or reschedule a treatment if your skin, health history, or other factors make it inadvisable. If a treatment can't be performed safely on the day of your appointment, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Skin responds to many factors, including genetics, lifestyle, home care, and consistency. Following your recommended at-home regimen and aftercare instructions is an important part of your results. Temporary redness, sensitivity, or other reactions may occur, and they'll be discussed with you during your consultation and in your consent forms.
Content on this website, on social media, and in general skincare recommendations is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Please see a licensed physician about any medical conditions or concerns. Physician-directed prescription skincare, when offered, is provided only under the appropriate medical oversight.
Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and a parent or guardian must be present for the appointment. Some treatments are not available to minors.
Prices for services and products are listed on our website and service menu and may change at any time without notice. Payment for services is due at the time of service. We accept [payment methods]. Prices on the website do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Product orders are subject to availability. All skincare sales are final. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details on shipping, damaged or incorrect orders, and our no-returns policy.
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, and no-shows, will be charged a $75 fee to the card on file. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy for full details.
FACE BANK memberships are subject to the terms listed on the FACE BANK membership page. Gift cards, seasonal specials, packages, and promotional offers are subject to their individual terms. Unless specifically stated, they cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
With your written permission, we may take before-and-after photos to track your progress. Photos will be used publicly (such as on our website or social media) only with your separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep the studio calm and restorative for everyone, we ask that clients arrive on time and treat the space and others with respect. We reserve the right to end or refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately.
All content on this website, including the AM | PM FACE name, logos, text, graphics, and images, belongs to AM | PM FACE and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Our website and services rely on third-party platforms, including Shopify and Mangomint. AM | PM FACE is not responsible for outages, errors, or data practices of these third-party providers. Your use of them is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AM | PM FACE and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service involved.
