BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
You'll need a valid credit card on file to book any service at AM | PM FACE. Your card won't be charged when you book. It's kept on file only to hold your reservation, and it's used only as described in the cancellation policy below.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can go to another client.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or don't show up, a $75 fee will be charged to the card on file.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time so you get the full benefit of your treatment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and the cancellation fee may apply. If you are running late, please let us know.
